North Central Florida, as long as it's not in Alachua County, a liberal area. There are four seasons, and three major medical centers nearby, no state income tax, and housing is inexpensive compared to other parts of the country.

The Gulf of Mexico is 40-50 miles west, and the Atlantic the same in the other direction. This mornings low was 30 degrees. Politics are conservative, and hunting and fishing are world renowned.
