Totally get it. Leesburg Florida is what you are looking for. Please do a google and see if the town has any interest for you. There are a ton of 55+ communities that have a lot of amenities. Houses for 150K-200K (you can get a “manufactured home” for under 100K).....HOA for 90 bucks a year....The Plantation is one of those communities. Has 3 pools, 2 golf courses, etc. It is excellent.
Mt. Dora would be a good place too. If we couldn’t live on Fleming Island I would like to live in Mt Dora.
