No absolutely NO. They stole numbers from the Persians, the zero from the Hindus. They popularized the system, after they had destroyed classical western civilization and classical Christianity, after they had destroyed most of the literature and statuary from the Greek and Roman periods, after they had introduced chattel slavery on an industrial scale to the west. The only actual invention from any Arab Mussulman was created by a Palestinian - the cell phone bomb. That’s it.

"BzzZzt!" That's incorrect lil' Tommy: While the Arabs may have transmitted decimal numbers, they are actually Hindu in origin; so, as usual, the Arabs grabbed themselves some unearned cultural credit.
