The fact that there are Japanese trucks on this list, but no Ford, Chevy, or GMC trucks makes me question their methodology.

I think it’s a tenuous assumption from “keeping” to “reliable”. Just because one doesn’t KEEP a car doesn’t mean it wasn’t reliable, or won’t keep living for the next owner.
