Well, if it wasn’t clear that the Democrats don’t want a deal this should make it 100% clear. They are not negotiating in good faith. They just want to be able to call Trump racists. That’s what he should tell them in their next meeting before asking them to leave. For the record, he asked a very good question.

A non-denial is not the same thing as a confirmation. A denial just instigates a “You did so” answer and the president does not have time for that kind of crap. A denial also makes people think the charge was taken seriously and that raises suspicions. Best to just ignore it and get things done.
where does it give Congress the power to grant legislative pardons in the United States Constitution? Only the president has power to pardon criminals...but it would be nice if they were required to plead guilty first.
ex post facto laws are unconstitutional. Congress does not have the right to legalize illegals. It violates equal protection of those already deported as well as those waiting in line to enter legally.
