If the picture Mark posted on his website is of himself and 0, then that means that 0 was born —after— 1961; Mark’s parents married in 1964.
So then who was the kid that went to grade school in Indonesia and Hawaii and then went to Punahou?
And back to the question about the pics in Marks book, who’s the kid next younger in age to Mark?
Did 0 grow up in Kenya with Mark and Ruth?
It’s because they want the account upgraded to allow the pic to be viewed... And the upgrade costs $400 a year.
