Next Presidential election is: Nov 3rd, 2020.
PLENTY of time to fade away.
The Demons have backed themselves into a corner.
They have become so successful at demonizing white men that they are relegated to nominating someone like Oprah, Hillary, Kamala or Warren or risk pizzing off their base.....good luck with that.

The receivers of all that “free” stuff were happy until they had to pay taxes on their “free” prizes.
Shock poll estimate excluding New York and California since it’s the electoral college that really matters, Trump 48% Oprah 38%.

Three years out until 2020. Another push poll meant to shape public opinion and encourage Oprah to run.

Isn't that the truth! I'm quite sure that the Democrats will come up with a touchy-feely nominee for 2020 that will make the simple minded among us (of which there are millions) swoon.
They made a mistake nominating Hillary. They will not make that mistake again.

“Oprah. Nearly 20 years ago several woman made public claims about being raped and sexually assaulted. The person accused was Bill Clinton. WHY did you ignore them?
Was it because Bill Clinton was a personal friend? NOW another good friend of yours, Harvey Weinstein, has been accused of serially assaulting numerous females. The rumors were there, no one is particularly shocked. HOW could you not know? It looks patently PHONY that you are suddenly taking up this cause. Will you admit that this interest stems from POLITICAL considerations and opportunism? Will you be issuing an apology to Juanita Broderick and the other woman victimized by Bill and Hillary Clinton? If not, why not?”
I agree. We will live in a different world in 2020. I remember when George HW Bush was president. His numbers were so high that he couldn’t lose re-election, so the Dem’s ended up with a scapegoat hick to run against him.
But by the time we were deep in the campaign season, those numbers had changed radically.
2020 will not be 2017, or 2018.
That is concerning. I wonder how much of that is a reaction to the unrelenting hammering that Trump has been taking at the hands of CNN and others? People have only heard good news about Oprah, giving away cars and whatnot. She also has a movie coming out where she will be playing a cuddly motherly sort of figure. There have been little blurbs but nothing like the media industrial complex arrayed against Trump.
My feeling is that corruption investigations at the lot of them would go a long way toward weeding out the people assailing Trump. They could hide behind “free speech” where Trump is concerned, not so much where abusive employment practices are concerned and they are cut from the same cloth. Both about power.
