I watched the first half. No more football for me. NFL, not a single down have I seen this year. College ball had me this year but, I admit, there were some games that were good but most were just thug ball. Beating chests like gorillas after plays, taunting opponents and disrespecting our country’s flag and anthem, bone head penalties, celebrations for making plays that they are assigned and expected to do, mouthing curses and foul references to all mothers. I QUIT! Basketball lost me, now football.
It is Hockey and Golf from now on.
How about getting out the checkerboard with the kids and grandkids? You can learn a lot about what's in the minds of these youngsters just having a conversation during the game.
