Perhaps you heard an early Joe D. interview. The one I heard was from several days ago and Joe only mentioned that the IG report would be trouble for Comey?
One was a recent interview on WMAL, another was with Tucker Carlson. They are both online but I don’t have links handy.
There’s a couple of HJC letters to the DOJ requesting a second special counsel. Joe D may think that the OIG is following up on the bullet points in the July 27 letter, it would take evidence on them for a second SC to be appointed.
