DACA is a non starter with out the following 1. 100% of the wall pre paid 2. prison if you dont use E verify as an emplopter and 3. no chain migration for any alien!!. Otherwise get them out of here.

I completely agree with point #2. JAIL TIME for bosses on multiple levels from the top down for conscious violators of e-verify. Big business uses outside employment services to skirt many labor protections but every business should be held accountable to verify citizenship or green card status of their workers. If they are paying that person directly or indirectly they are responsible for their status.

Completely agree with 3). Chain migration must be specifically addressed by legislation with repudiation for the activist judges who continuously flaunt the intentions of the legislature with their social welfare notions. Maybe some of these activist judges deserve impeachment if they knowingly contradict the new legislation?

The president has a mandate from the US citizens who elected him. Defense of the homeland must always be a priority even if the DemoRats have alligator tears in their eyes. From a safety and security standpoint the dream weavers have no leg to stand on. If they can not meet the merit based requirements for immigration they should be deported.
