My “Dream” Act:
Everyone here illegally must report for a Federal ID for tax and ID purposes. They must be fingerprinted, and DNA tested, at the expense of said person.
That ID must be plainly marked that the person is not eligible to vote, receive any public benefits, is not eligible for Social Security, any student or other government loan, is not eligible for federal jobs, nor military service, and is never entitled to US citizenship.
No child of an illegal or “Dreamer” shall become a US Citizen, even when born on American soil.
Further, that person must be fully insured for medical, and must pass an English test after 2 years of being granted said ID.
Person with such ID will be deported upon any felony conviction.
Person without such ID after national grace period of three months to obtain one, shall be immediately fined and deported.
If said person is caught registering to vote or has voted, it should be a $25000 fine, 5 years imprisonment, and immediate deportation upon release from prison.
Person with such ID is forbidden to display or otherwise promote their country’s symbols.
Person with such ID my be removed for displaying anti-American sentiments, participating in anti-American demonstrations, rioting, and anti-social behavior.
Person with such ID being found to belong to any “gang” is subject to immediate deportation.
If Dreamer does not comply with any of those, and cannot show proof of medical insurance, they should be immediately deported.
Come on Trump!/Rinos! Get with the program!!!
