Based on what I’ve read about Sessions, and a few cryptic comments he’s made over the past year, he hates the special counsel law, and one of his goals was to reestablish the integrity of the DOJ and FBI from within, using statute law.
I hope that is the case, and his slow, methodical approach, in conjunction with the IG and the House committee, is bearing fruit. Several times Sessions has mentioned the many leak investigations in progress.
It certainly seams like the “4th or 14th” Wikileaks email disclosure was part of an anti-leak investigation, like a radio-isotope injected into a vein. My guess is that Schiff bit on it, and spread it to several news outlets. He’s going to be nailed as a leaker as part of the overall corruption investigation.

I hope so, too. But as an old boss of mine once said Hold both your hands out. Hope in one. Crap in the other. Tell me which one fills up first.
Time will tell.
It always does.

Interesting that one of the FBI interview docs is so sensitive that Nunes and his team are being shown the document(s) today by Wray personally at FBI HQ. I was thinking that must be a very sensitive doc but the Nunes letter does not say that Schiff and his investigators will be attending - is that an oversight or omission in the letter? or is it, possibly, that doc pertains to Schiff’s leaking?
