Nice set up for a newbie Technician licence

Anyone have a QTH...a photo of the antenna set up would give a clue.

I can see 4 microphones....and what looks like a portable VHF FM and a beam rotator on the right side.

Is there an FR HAMS group?

That could be useful. I have four scout units and we operate a radio room out of a church. We have two HFs and a VHF. We use winlink too. Kids love it.
