The news outlets are all saying the same thing ... but I’m asking where the link is to the statement they’re saying the President issued.

That's what I would like to see. An official WH letterhead or a full (uncut) video of POTUS saying this.

I would like to see the context of how he made this statement & in response to what question.

Bannon has already said his statement is not true.
