I disagree. The server has never been turned over to the FBI, but it has been in the hands of the dRats and their cronies ever since. Since there is proof that Hillary, the DNC, and the Russians have been colluding to destroy President Trump, any competent IT person could place that file there at any time and make it look like it came at the same time as the hack (even if there never was a hack).

Excellent point. How could they prove that the file had not been placed there ex post facto?

Exactly. Any old timestamp can be put on a file. It wouldn’t jive with the data on backup or archives (presuming they exist), but when the purpose is deception and not truth, this sort of false flag would be “good enough”. Most of the public and virtually all of the press, couldn’t tell a server from a submarine sandwich so talking about faked timestamps will just MEGO.
