A short while ago, I turned on ESPN to check the schedule for the college bowl games today. It was some Sportscenter-type show and the black "journalist" was HEAVILY advocating that Colin Kaepernick be honored as NFL Man of the Year.
I kid you not.
The Left ruins everything. And they never learn!

So, if I am reading this right... they didn't actually cancel a game, they just made an announcement saying that they cancelled a game that wasn't ever scheduled because of low viewership.
Why the hell would they do that? Why are they trying to make themselves look worse?

They should show “Heidi” in its place.I remember that game well. Growing up in the Bay Area, we didn't get the game live on TV, so we didn't realize what a cluster foxtrot it was until the evening news.
Blew up NBC's switchboard...lol.

They have saturated the market with mediocre games and over charged on everything from parking to popcorn. The fans are starting to realize that they just don’t need it. Right now it’s fun just to watch a little high-spirited college football.

That is odd. I was thinking the Orange Bowl was that night but it is on 12/30. There are no bowl games scheduled for New Years Eve which sucks because we usually watch football at my buddy’s party. No football New Years Eve night really is a bummer. Especially no college football.

They are feinting generosity by giving their ‘employee’s’ the night off.
In reality, ratings are down and having a game that is being watched by less people than the alternative ‘Dick Clark’s’ New Years Eve celebration would be slightly embarrassing. BTW - Dick has been dead for a while and he will still get more viewers.
