You might google artificial graphene. Supposedly it can be made in varying qualities, the best for sensitive computer and electrical applications and the cruder for such things as paint, glue, building materials etc.

I am not sure how much it costs to manufacture artificial graphene, or if it's even real, but it's interesting.
