Could be connected to high level law enforcement activity not meant to be made public yet. The only thing with that is Japan seems an unlikely country for somebody who is wanted by the law to escape to. Then again, Japan could have been chosen precisely for that reason - that law enforcement might not pay that much attention to people going there.
It seems three flights were turned around last night. So glad you caught this, there’s some there there, we just have to wait. Eventually John Legend’s GF will talk, hopefully, if she thinks it will damage CINC in her deranged neural knot.
If you start a team, ping me on it as this is how some of us stay connected. I AM Richmond Rocker!
I am in Concord BTW. I guess your are near about, maybe Mooresville.
What do you expect when this pales in comparison to Trump getting two scoops of ice cream or eating junk food, or drinking 12 diet Cokes?
To those who believe this story, I have ten acres of beachfront property on Collins Ave, South Beach, I’ll sell for a reasonable figure!
I completely agree with you.
Ok Thank You
Ok
Im not going to do a Fantasy Team thing if thats what Youre talking about.
I guess Ill do a Daytona 500/Speedweeks Thread and send out a Ping with last years list and see who wants to be in or out and go from there based on responses.
Ill probably also start a GP Info Thread like Sir Chode uses for F1.
Yes, in Mooresville.

While you might be right, if you were trying to sneak out of the country, would you try to blend in with the 'public' or fly on a private jet ?
That is what Japanese news is saying happened here as well. This passenger ended up on the wrong flight and was only discovered three hours later because he was seated in the chair reserved for flight attendants. Which is plausible I suppose if he hadn’t paid for a ticket to Japan even on another airline.
I'll take your comment in the humorous spirit you probably intended, since I'm sure you own a globe and are familiar with Great Circle Routes.
All of us regular Asian travelers have spent a fair amount of time in Siberian airspace. But even the Chinese airlines avoid North Korea, these days. :)

Thanks...I like to make myself look like an ignorant conservative hick on things like these and then to have fun watching the reactions. Other lines I like to use include saying that public schools are free and complaining about all of the Illegals flooding in from Puerto Rico (although not on this site...sensitive subject).
And yes, I’ve flown overseas enough to know Great Circle routes and I agree - no airline in their right mind would ever fly over North Korea, even if given permission. And if one wanted to save the 800 lbs. of fuel to do so, I want to know, so I can avoid them, permanently.
? Parcel Post ?
You should really brush up on flying routes-——my son flew over Siberia last April on the way to Beijing from NYC.
.
OK
I was talking about a GP NUTZCAR Thread like Your F1 one, two, three. Nevermind, maybe I need one of them ADD things;0
I’m gonna do a Speedweeks/Dayton 500 Thread and see what traffic we get and go from there.
coool

Wow, lucky the plane had enough fuel.
“Wow, lucky the plane had enough fuel.”
Well, yeah,it’s always nice when they have enough fuel.
