I’m wondering if the Civil Service rules are so skewed that a GS person can refuse to carry out a lawful order and not be fired?

How many times can they say no to The Boss (POTUS), and keep their job?

Enquiring minds want to know.

Someone stuck their neck/s out! So who objected? Should suck very quickly to be them. I’m sure there’s an opening in Nigeria, Libya or someplace similar for them.
