What you are describing is known in basic journalism as, "The five Ws"
There is no "how" in the five Ws. And the correct order is "who, what, where, when, and why."
Please. When chastising the noobs, take care to provide them with the proper data, or you risk infecting the entire matrix for generations to come.

Who, what, where, when, why and how. Sports writers are the worst offenders. I’ve read stories when the game score is not mentioned until the fourth paragraph. All six should be in the first paragraph.
