How about felons-in-all-but-name - criminals who, without NFL fixers armed with payoff budgets for victims who then decline to file charges, would be spending serious time on felony charges as guests of the governor of whatever state they’re in? The average paper isn’t going to compile a list of criminals in the NFL, because fans love them to death.
