I’m not a lawyer thank you Lord, but this seems to be open ended to go after all types of Deep State Crimes here in America and in the world if committed by Americans.
Then, you can bring in those who fund these crimes that could include UN Leaders and Deep World thugs around the world.
I, for one would like a lawyer who doesn’t speak Ivy League bs, to translate what this really entails and sets up.
Even lawyers would be speculating, but it sure looks like planned punishment for some that are likely worthy of it, and could be targeted specifically for those like the Clintons. However, any time a weapon is created, it has to be carefully controlled, else it be applied to some that aren't deserving. As some pointed out, "human rights violations" could be quite subjective.
