But doesn’t creating a contract create a sales atmosphere making it prostitution? And who’s going to do the quality control? Shouldn’t the Swedish Work Environment Authority get involved for safety issues like a good bed, or shower, or whatever....And if one doesn’t have a good release, is there breach of contract. Universities will have to branch out with a new set of law degrees in it.
You can’t go part way with government regulation of anything. But you can go to far.
