It’s already started. I agree, but more on a cold war level, with small violent skirmishes breaking out. Ferguson, MO was one. Various antifa violent episodes, too. These will likely get more numerous and merge into larger, mass acts of domestic violence which must be answered by the citizenry, given the local law enforcement continues to back off.
