There are too many morons like this:

Los Angeles Times Letter to the editor 12/19/2017:

To the editor: My wife and I are currently in the 33% marginal income tax bracket and will be in the 24% bracket under the new plan. With the proposed changes, our federal tax liability will probably decrease by about $8,000.

That’s nice for us, but it’s disgraceful morally since we have no need for that benefit while people who are poor or sick will not be helped by this bill. There is nothing material that we need, so we will not spend that money — rather, we will purchase more stocks that pay dividends, which are taxable at 15%.

The GOP tax plan is nothing more than a reward for the party’s donors and the wealthy. The poor get poorer and the rich get richer. This does not make America great.

Doug Emerson, Thousand Oaks

Instead of being happy about getting into a lower tax bracket and being able to keep more of their money that idiot is bitching about it.

My favorite comment I’ve read so far is how the tax cut won’t “trickle down” because employers are going to keep the tax cut instead of passing it on to employees.

So what is stopping Doug Emerson from making an $8,000 contribution to St. Jude’s, Sloan-Kettering, the Shriner’s or any other worthy medical cause of his choice?

Doug, feel free to pay more taxes or donate your savings to charity.

DouGie should take the $8,000 and give it to Saint Jude’s hospital, but Dougie really only wants to Virtue Signal, not actually help people.

Ahhhhhhhhhh Thousand Oaks, I remember when that area was Conservative, then it merged with Simi Valley to become an illegal alien cesspool with far left loons

And we already have a myriad of social programs to help them.

I think I know this idiot and he is not from Thousand Oaks and that is not his real name.

That, or I know his idiot twin.

Doug:
Nothing stopping you from taking the benevolence of the givernment and donating that $8,000 to any cause that will improve someone’s life or advance the human condition.

Doug Emerson, Thousand Oaks:

Hey, you generous liberal, you can donate your refund to the Salvation Army and most of that donation goes to help the needy.

I’m sure that we could get a SCal Freeper to come to your house with a Salvation Army person and a kettle for your donation.

Just notify our head guy, Jim Robinson, that you would like to donate to the Salvation Army. Jim can probably get a Freeper to do it and or drive down himself.

Liberals are free to pay all the taxes they want. Don’t they know that?

If I remember correctly, Multimillionaire John Kerry could have voluntarily paid a higher State Income Tax in MA because there was an option on the Tax Form to do just that.

He chose the lower Rate. This is my shocked face. #;^O

Yeah, we already know about his Million Dollar Yacht docked in RI to avoid the Taxman. LOL
