Rhyan Moody, a 14-year-old high school freshman from Colleyville, Texas, was killed when an illegal alien, apparently intoxicated, allegedly smashed an SUV into the car she was traveling in with her grandparents on Thanksgiving night, Nov. 23. Moody was in the back seat and died from blunt force trauma to her head. Her grandparents suffered numerous broken bones and are recovering.
Needless to say, if the illegal alien had not been in this country, Moody would be alive today.
Jose Victor Chaparro-Saenz, 38, was arrested in his vehicle not far from the accident. Alcohol was found in the vehicle and Chaparro-Saenz reportedly appeared intoxicated. He was charged with manslaughter, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest, according to FOX4 Dallas.
While in jail, an immigration detainer was placed on Chaparro-Saenz by ICE. According to Fox News.com, the illegal alien had been "previously caught illegally entering the U.S. in 1998 from Mexico." He voluntarily returned to Mexico at that time.

Mexicans can’t drive, but they feel more confident in their driving when they get drunk first. Tens of thousands of southern border state families have been separated from their loved ones as a result.
We are sick and tired of hearing about how the government should not separate illegals from their families by deportation, when we are separated from our family members due to death on the highways caused by drunk illegals.

You, and others, let your rhetoric get overheated, and you posted some things that are un-American and out of place on this forum. Now you feel forced to defend comments which are indefensible. We have rule of law in this country. That means even the worst dregs of the human race (like, for example, Mr. Jose Victor Chaparro-Saenz) get a fair trial before we stick a needle in their arm. Learn to live with it. It's actually for YOUR protection.

Yes, all humans are animals. Some are just more civilized than others. And, actually, no, since I’m not here illegally, summary execution would not apply in my case.
You must be pleased with the Steinle verdict since the process prevailed. Unfortunately, justice did not.

Anyone proposing summary execution of ANYBODY in America needs to leave, and find someplace else to live. Some place where the State has total, unchecked power over everyone and everything. North Korea comes to mind ...
