New Zealand and the land of Oz have made it tough for foreigners to enter their countries without a lot of money on hand and probable income for decades.
Once, they are admitted in country, a lot/many of the new comers had the money to buy homes and/or properties in their new countries. That drives up the prices for desirable properties.
An interesting side effect coupled with the growing suicidal PCism in Oz, will be and is the return of American immigrants who have been there for at least a decade.
We know 3 families, whose sons or daughters have been in OZ for at least a decade, who are planning to comeback to America. Their property is worth a lot.
Since OZ has disarmed them and made PCism the lawless order, they no longer feel safe there.
My neighbor is an immigrant from New Zealand. He keeps me up to date about NZ news, etc.
It was reported here that Steve Wozniak paid Five Million for immigration to Australia. If he decides to come back here maybe we can pay him five million.
