It’s not that hard to get them to self-deport. Bring back the old ID rules: need ID to start up utilities, need ID to vote, need ID to get a bank account, need ID to get a job, get rid of the day-labor places or heavily regulate them. That runs most of them off.
But without the wall, they will just come back.
I just wish that the MS-13 deportees were invited to exit the plane 35,000 feet over Guatamala. When the bodies of your murderous trespassing countrymen are returned home by smashing through your roofs and splattering your faces and walls, you will not make the same mistake.
I’m all for sending MS-13 members back to their home countries. But they need to leave their thumbs here.
The same can be concluded with all the muzzies that defile our country. Getting rid of all of them would be more cost effective than having to pay for the home security forces defending us against muzzie terrorism.

I disagree. It’s only cheaper if the border is secure. If it isn’t deportation is meaningless.
With an insecure border and no prison, they are let loose again on the public when they choose to re-enter. Kate Steinle’s killer was on his seventh or eighth round trip.
Too bad we can’t cut off a finger of MS-13 deportees before deporting them. Just like a punch card, too many punches on the card and it’s no longer valid for entry or staying. When all the fingers are gone, start with the toes. (Yeah, I’m dreaming, will never happen but one can dream.)
There needs to be a third way, something akin to Devil’s Island. The reason being is that these are all “lifer” violent criminals. If sent back to their nation of origin they will not only continue to be violent criminals there, but they will train other ones to follow in their footsteps, as in, back to the US.
So the best bet would be for the US to build facilities on one of its territories.
