[Former Chief of UK Border Force]: ‘Child migrants Britain let in were balding and bearded'
Sunday Express ^ | Dec 14, 2017 | GILES SHELDRICK

Posted on 12/17/2017 8:47:31 AM PST by Mr. Mojo

Dozens of adult migrants posed as children to get into Britain, a former Border Force chief admitted last night.

After the Jungle refugee camp in Calais closed last year, 750 “vulnerable minors” were granted sanctuary in the UK as part of a deal struck with France. Concern was raised at the time that a number of them appeared to be over 18.

Tony Smith, former director-general of the UK Border Force, said: “I am not confident all the vulnerable minors brought over from Calais were children. In fact, I am confident some of them were not and were actually adult economic migrants posing as children.

“Some would have sworn on their mothers’ lives they were only 16 even though they had a beard and were balding.

“If they can get away with an age they will because minors are treated much more favourably than adults. If they can get away with claiming they are a nationality which is more favourable to getting asylum, like a Somali or Syrian, then why not claim that? There is a huge amount of deception in immigration.”

His comments heap further embarrassment on the Home Office which was criticised at the time for failing to check that those arriving were who they claimed to be.

Mr Smith said: “I have seen cases where blatantly grown adults have been treated as minors, but that’s not my decision, it’s put in the hands of an independent adjudicator.”

Britain needs to stop pretending that they’re welcoming Anne of Green Gables when in fact they’re welcoming hordes of homicidal savages.

Europe, 1930: Don’t worry about the Nazis. They might talk tough at times, but they are harmless.
Europe, 2017: Don’t worry about the Muslims. They might talk tough at times, but they are harmless.

Which mistake will turn out to be the greater one?

Another humiliation for the so-called Conservative Party leadership. The corrupt and/or incompetent Theresa May will try to change the subject by criticizing President Trump in 3, 2, 1... Thanks Mr. Mojo.

At the time the Nazis only had about of history as thuggish street fighters. On the other hand Islam has had over 1300 years of history.

The Nazis paved the way for the Islamic invasion of Europe.

Obama did the same thing with Central American “child refugees” that were old enough to have grey hair.

Well, they were kids, or children, at one time. Just imagine them 10 or 20 years earlier. Isn't DACA about "deferred", as in "not as is" but "as was"?

I'd laugh at the stupid Brits except we did the same thing.

There are some people who need to be dangling from gallows and they are not just bearded "children".

The people who gravitate to a life in the bureaucracy also gravitate to mindless Progressivism. They should be rotated into the private sector after 6 years in order to get a dose of realism.

Theresa May can justifiably be accused of many things, but corruption isn’t one of them. Nobody in British politics has ever questioned her integrity.

Nobody questioned Jimmy Savile, until it was too late.

She's corrupt in the sense that she was handpicked as Cameron's successor for the simple reason that she would bollocks up Brexit -- on purpose.

If the ‘on purpose’ refers to others, that’s a matter of unprovable speculation. If it refers to May herself, it’s way off the mark. The ‘bollocksing up Brexit’ is an inevitable consequence of the irreconcilable conflict in her own party, which will bring the government down if she comes down on one side or the other, and her impossibly weak position in Parliament. Both of these are in turn exacerbated by the (in retrospect) stupid decision to call an unnecessary General Election last year, up to which time her position appeared unassailable. It would require a particularly inventive conspiracy theory to claim that she called the election deliberately in order to lose any real power she might have had: but that was its effect.
