The federal government’s former ethics czar says he is “stocking up” on “gear” in order to “take the streets” in the event that President Trump removes Robert Mueller as special counsel.
“I’m concerned the assault on the rule of law is coming over the holidays when we’re distracted. It‘ll be a defining moment for the Republic,” Walter Shaub wrote on Twitter on Friday.

Exactly. At this point, Mueller is trying to get himself fired to deflect from the “investigation” which has now been exposed as a partisan witch hunt. If he was fired, he’d then be labeled a martyr by the Left. Leave the evil bastard in place to roast in his own juices.
Nonetheless, after reading the applicable section of federal regulations governing special counsels, Rosenstein or Sessions have more than good reason for firing Mueller

Shaub has his definition of law and order and we have ours. So, yeah, theres gonna be a fight. It only has to break out... There is a lot of heart, support and organization at the TIP of the Leftist spear and that spear is going, as far as I’m concerned, up against an ICBM of righteous anger,to say nothing of more ammo than a lot of generals have had at their disposal. Of course there are good reasons for firing mueller. There are good reasons for hillary to be in maximum security prison or to not have been the presidential candidate. There are good reasons to not allow the invasion from our southern border and for Trump to be president

I am so outrage about what the FBI cabal has done along with Clapper, Morrel, Hayden, and others, so outraged that if I were Trump I would have the whole lot of conspirators rounded up for conspiracy to overthrow and charged by a grand jury for their conspiracy.
Fire Muller for bias. Fire Sessions for inaction, incompetence, and tone deafness.

I agree. This CAN’T go on forever. Perhaps Mueller could come out and declare “the investigation is over and there’s nothing to see here,” thus saving his skin AND Sessions’ job - but even the dimmest bulb can see that this process has been rigged (I guess you could call it “insurance”, huh?) from the beginning to effect a soft coup and get Trump out of office. This makes me wonder about the people in the line of succession - if the RATS are so determined to get rid of Trump, they must either have the power to control his replacement, or a plan to get rid of them TOO until they get the person they WANT in there. Scary stuff. Our government is not only corrupt, but half the population willingly accepts that because it serves their own perverted idea of what our country should be.
... and, by the way, since there’s so much CWII-type discussion in this thread, I should point out that when I said “saving his skin” in my previous post I didn’t mean literally. I don’t condone violence against anyone (though I must admit I do have occasional fantasies of California drifting off into the ocean one day).

You know, when Obama won the second time, I couldn’t believe what our country had willingly done to itself. Here, for the first time, an obviously ineffectual, lousy President was actually REWARDED by being re-elected by half the country who, while running around crying “RACIST!” fifteen times a day, thought it was perfectly okay to elect someone because of their skin color. I reacted by tuning out for three years. No Free Republic. No TV. No radio. No newspapers. NOTHING. I didn’t act like the deranged left and endlessly seethe because MY candidate didn’t win (not that I had much of a candidate anyway, but that’s another story). When are these people going to STOP THIS? We’re more than a year into the Trump Presidency, and I think the answer is looking like “Never.”
Their behavior is obviously hurting our country and they just don’t care because they’re SO butt-hurt that their Queen Hillary didn’t get elected that they simply cannot stop whining like little children who didn’t get their way.
