Sessions is surrendering all decision-making authority on everything of importance to Rosenstein and other operatives of the Deep State and has done that since he took office. What a miserable, cowardly, little man he is at a time when we need (figurative) a GIANT of a man in that office.
He became co-opted by the Deep State the day he decided to go along with the advice from the Dept ethics advisors.

I’ve come to hate Sleepy Sessions even more than I hate Obama and the Democrats. We’re all hoping for a miracle that he’s secretly on the ball and getting sh** done in secret, but, let’s face it, every indication out there is basically saying that Sessions is deliberately choosing not to act against known criminals.
