My first thought was that Obama and his cohorts are the worst abuse. He and his Administration will go down as the most corrupt in American history ever!!

This sentence told me and probably most of us all we need to know, that this was a good decision.

“Frankly, it’s shocking,” said Wilma B. Liebman, a former Democratic appointee on the board who once served as its chairwoman."

It has always been my belief that Unions are what does us in on trade...why it is cheaper to make widgets in a country that doesn’t have unions....it isn’t all that simple I am sure but feel that is the cause of some of our problems, that and the high tax rate for corporations...is this wrong headed on my part?

Libs have used the NLRB as their hammer and anvil for a couple of decades. The effect on commerce is massive.

Too little and waaaaay too late.

The march to automation has begun in earnest. Even with this ruling and removal of the worst of over-reaching FedGov medical cost burdens - the genie is out of the bottle.

As mentioned, the ‘15’ crowd will be with us for a while - not *just* the Unions, which are bad enough, but all the Fellow Travelers that support and are fed by by Big Union money.

I expect to see the return of the Wobbilies before long, even if the old Soviet isn’t pouring money into the ‘political discontent’ organizations of old - Black Panthers, ACP and so on.

The Soviet as a funding source has been replaced by far-left lunatics like Soros, the silicon valley billionaires club and the huge sums channeled into the maw of the Left by FedGov agencies busy “helping the poor”.

Trumps *biggest* failure to date and one I have noted here more than once is not being ready to the fill the so-called Plum List (https://presidentialtransition.usa.gov/2015/09/23/plum-book/) or appointees that run so much of the FedGov machine.

This mass of political appointees is the place where much of the “Deep State” hides, thrives and works very hard to destroy the US as a free Nation.

Simplify: Repeal the National Labor Relations Act of 1935.

To those ‘winning’ FR: My @ss.

- Was the NLRB is disbanded (hell > freeze, pigs fly)
- The rules written EXPLICITLY stating XYZ thus, *NOT* allowing any further “reinterpretation” (what? And disable the revolving door of law > lawyer > judge?)

All it takes it another instance of musical-chairs, another empty-suit Prez., and those ‘interpretations’ are right back on the (illegal) books again.

And, I don’t see Congress (aka the (R)NC) doing a DAMN thing to make things permanent, nor correct the issue (and lose an election-year bullet-point\hand-out opportunity!?).
