Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe will appear next Tuesday before the House Intelligence Committee, where Republicans on the panel are likely to grill him about Justice Department official Bruce Ohr and FBI agent Peter Strzok.
McCabe was originally scheduled to appear before the committee earlier this week, but the session was cancelled the night before the interview.

If a group of rogue FBI agents, FBI lawyers, and prosecutors at DoJ were to execute a coup attempt, how much different would it look compared to what we know happened in run-up to- and outcome of- the 2016 Presidential election?

That’s an interesting use of the word, “cryptic”. It means that they cannot be easily read or understood. The concept of encryption is evoked when messages are put into coded form to protect the content. I haven’t read any of them but from what I’ve heard they are pretty blatantly obvious about what they meant and said.

McCabe is a liar and a traitor.
He should spend the rest of his life in prison.
House and Senate panels might “grill” a witness, but most times it’s all a pointless exercise in grandstanding. Most Swamp dwellers know the game and how to play it without spilling anything really important.

He might be dead by then, remember he has a lot of dirt on the clintons and they can’t let him spill the beans on anything that might incriminate them. Arkancide by Monday, is my best guess.
I had heard, don’t remember from where...after he canceled this weeks appearance that he was going to testify behind closed doors hearing.
Do we know if that is the case or if it will be open?
I’d issue a summons and if the didn’t show up, have him arrested and sit in the basement of the H.O.R. in solitary until he agreed to testify. In the mean time I’d demand that the FBI immediately terminate his employment and strip him of any benefits or risk their department budget be slashed by 25%!

Like how they treat coup plotters in Venezuela or Romania or Colombia - you know, someplace like that.
