2017 Summer Term Schedule - Food and Beverage Administration there were three "Cuisine" courses offered during this past summer (a fourth course was cancelled). The CRNC convention in Washington, DC, was from Thurs thru Sunday, June 15-18, 2017. Returning from that convention would have taken place during only one of those courses.
