Net Neutrality is your typical liberal lie on bumper sticker.
By striking it down, providers will be able to provide increased performance for those willing to pay.
Currently, we have restricted capacity and rates because the govt wont allow for performance based pricing.
Hardly.
Every bb provider I've used over the last 10 years, including my current one, has offered different tiers of pricing for different performance levels.
There's nothing in net neutrality to prevent this.
I was astonished that San Diego, with Qualcomm as a major company, still only has DSL as their fastest Internet Provider.
Word has it Time-Warner and ATT both agreed to share the city on the agreement that neither upgraded to faster internet.
This is the liberal view of ‘neutrality’
” By striking it down, providers will be able to provide increased performance for those willing to pay.”
Thanks for putting it bluntly. If you want better quality, pay for it. There is no free lunch.
