Cruz is quite capable of blowing an election that is his to lose. He does not bear close scrutiny well at all. The “creepy” brush will be applied and he’ll actually fare worse than Roy Moore, IMHO.

Not to mention he lied to Texas voters when he said he didn’t know he was a Canadian Citizen in the last election.
Yep. The Dems smell blood in the water and think there might be something there. Fortunately for Cruz, he was scrutinized pretty thoroughly during his presidential run.
I’d be skeptical of someone coming out of the woodwork now.
