Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon praised the Democratic National Committee (DNC) after it fought to defeat Roy Moore, Bannon's chosen candidate, in the Alabama Senate race on Tuesday:
You gotta give the devil its due, Bannon told Breitbart News host Alex Marlow on Wednesday. The DNC, Bannon suggested, slipped into the race and performed well on the ground. ADVERTISING
The DNC came in here slipped in here underneath the radar and did an amazing job of organizing what's my favorite word ground game, Bannon said.
He suggested that Democrats outworked Republicans and were able to drive voter turnout.

Shut up.
Bannon lost.
Bannon needs ground game.
It wasnt a democrat ground game. It was a LACK of a republican ground game that cost the election. Session ran unopposed in 2014 and received 795,000 votes - more than enough to have won.
Republicans didnt turn out.
All the rationale one can list for why Trump may have picked Strange could also apply to McConnell. For whatever reasons they both supported Strange. Moore was an odd bird and an idealogue. Trump is not into idealogy and likes to cut deals as does McConnell. Probably neither McConnell nor Trump felt they could control him or depend on him. Strange would probably have been more of a team player. Just my perception. In 2020 we may have the same three candidates. We'll see. Moore is quite stubborn.
I propose the MSM should read carefully his words rather than suggest what he is getting at. I do not think they would like the voter fraud meaning.
“Ground game”-—as in, using names on ballots of people who are parked in the ground?
The Dims didn’t have to cheat on this one ... our side screwed itself and McConnell and Bannon are both to blame
It damn sure wouldn’t have been Moore ... We have a track record of nominating whack jobs in Senate races ...Moore was by far the worst ... Hope Bannon vets his insurgents a heck of a lot better next time ...when will we ever learn ?
The democrats didn’t out perform the Republicans. The Republicans didn’t try. They wanted a democrat so they can say “You have to give us more seats in 2018.”
Moore got only half of the votes that Trump got in AL.
Jones got about the same number of votes that Hildabeast got. Republicans/conservatives stayed home.
Appointing Session as the AG has been a total disaster. He recuses himself from the russian investigation from the time he took office, which then causes to have a special prosecutor hang around Trump’s neck for years, plus a sure senate seat is lost.
If anybody would have predicted that putting Sessions at AG would have resulted in an impotent AG, a special prosecutor against Trump and the loss of the most secure republican senate seat in the country, they would have had you committed.
EXCELLENT QUESTIONS !!!
I’m curious...shut up about what?
(I’m also honored to draw the attention of the great Laz. My first time.)
And what would the Strange vs. Jones campaign have been like? You can be damn sure the corrupt way Strange got his appointment (by trying to derail the impeachment of the crooked governor) would have been a big issue. Would there have been an All-Red attack as well?
Bottom line - the Dems went all-in and our side made lots of noises with little effort or investment. We threw it and now many want to blame Moore and others because our side was lazy and cheap.
Nothing. I was being persnickety. :)

I hate when people do that. "The great Laz", my left cheek. I'm just another a-hole with a keyboard.
I don’t disagree with you in any way so why tell me to shut up?
We’re good.
Have a good day and I won’t ever accuse you of being great again.
(BTW, this goes w/o saying but don’t hit anything I wouldn’t)
Disregard...too fast with the mouse.
?????

Maybe someone else told you and you pulled a "me" and sent to wrong person?
No big thing - passion has helped me do a lot of "oops-es" over the years.
