Everybody uses their tools, no doubt about it.
Women use their attractiveness to open doors, there is no doubt about it.
But don’t discount that in men. Men use their physical appearance where they can to advance their careers, it is just that in a man, how he might use that physical appearance differs from how a man might.
I see it from both sides. I don’t see it as bad, nor good. It is. It is better to be handsome or pretty in sales than ugly or homely. Because this is how humans operate.
With men it’s height. The top dog is always the tall dog. If the top dog is short they say he has a Napoleon complex. And silvery, executive style hair, as Scott Adams once put it in Dilbert.
