We all need to slow down here. Even if the story is true which I am sure it is, the e-mail in question would not be classified. It was just Jared talking to someone about Wikileaks.
Second the dems will start screaming about entrapment and interference in an official congressional investigation.
If that does not work they will say whoever knowingly supplied the false information to the congressmen is guilty obstruction of justice.
If that does not work they will say that the Justice Department has no authority to monitor or investigate members of congress.
On and on.....If it turns out to be true he would be kicked off the intel committee and lose his security clearance but jail I don't see the criminal charge here.

We are talking about classified leaks, not just leaks.
Anybody leaking classified information should be jailed.
No matter where they are leaking from.
