Nellie Hauke Ohr.
"The choice of Hyde Park. Both Clinton and Yeltsin are up for reelection next year, and they want to evoke in their countries a sense of destiny and greatness.
"Certainly this is a more symbolic site than Camp David," said Nellie Hauke Ohr, an expert in Russian history at Poughkeepsie's Vassar College, not far from Hyde Park. Yeltsin wants to make himself and the nation look as strong as it did when Stalin was in charge, Ohr said. For Clinton, "obviously it's meant to evoke memories of FDR," who called Hyde Park Home. - Press and Sun-Bulletin (Binghampton, NY) 22 Oct 1995

Yes, in the 1990s she seems to have pursued an academic career for some time after her 1990 Ph.D. Maybe she didn’t get tenure, or maybe family or other interests took her to DC. Indications now are that she lives in McLean, VA.
But her academic references seem to dry up after the 1990s, so it would be most “interesting” to know more about her work history.... especially as it pertains to the CIA and Deep State.
