Does the journalist think that only tourists are in the area? Or are they the only ones who would be “terrified?” Here are the facts:
Approximately 3.1 million people are in Manhattan during the work day, compared to a residential population of 1.6 million people at night.

Does the journalist think that only tourists are in the area? Or are they the only ones who would be terrified? Yeah, Port Authority is more of a commuter hub than a tourist attraction.
