Buying land to thwart The Wall? Didn't SCOTUS decide a few years back that government entities (cities/counties/states) could seize property through eminent domain for purposes as frivolous as to free up land for a shopping mall?
Seems to me that it'll take DJT about a week to take ownership of the land that was bought to thwart him.

I’d build around it and declare the land to be effectively “at your own risk”. It would still be protected, but wouldn’t be worth their time to use.
If possible, bill them for construction when the wall can be built across.
