Yeah, I grow plenty of garlic and cucumbers, but can’t grow yogurt. I’m too lazy to go through THAT much trouble!
It's not trouble, if you have a modern digital pressure cooker. Just pour milk into a jar(s) stir in some live yogurt, and put it on about 110 degrees for 5-10 hours.
(You could probably go do something else while you are waiting)
