Got to get the lickspittle bureaucrats out of that org. I’m afraid they may be too numerous and too hidden in the weeds. It may require a demolition and rebuild from the ground up. But we are frozen, at the moment, by the horrific cost of a transition where so much of our way of life would be put in jeopardy if the organization were disbanded entirely. Knotty problem.
