To #45 and #46 re the “Justice Depart and the ‘Intelligence communities’ are a bigger threat to the American people than Russia.”
Observations and comments:
The FBI middle and upper management screwed up clues to the potential plans of the 9/11 hijackers, esp. in Arizona and Minnesota. PERIOD. Refused to listen to what their field agents were telling them about Moslem students taking flying lessons.
No one know what side Intelligence Chief Brennan was on. Was he a supporter of the Communist Party USA as a youth, and if so, how involved was he? Did this show up in his applications for govt intelligence jobs, and if no, why not?
Did he convert to Islam, and if so, openly or covertly?
Clapper: Someone needs to do an analysis of his work and leadership and see if it was bad, moderately accurate/effective or very good, etc. Sometimes he makes sense. Other times I’m wondering what he’s drinking.
FBI Director Mueller and Comey. A complete review of their administration of the FBI and its effectiveness against foreign and domestic enemies must be taken. Did they miss terrorists they should have gotten before they could act (Boston Marathon brothers, for example)?
Did the leadership provide the lower ranks with the authority and support they needed to carry out their jobs/missions?
How politically involved were both of them, and how much political collusion with Attorney General Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch was there?
Why did Comey’s people screw up the Hillary Clinton Emails and Server investigations so badly? Why wasn’t she questioned under oath? Why didn’t they seize her computers, phones, servers, files, etc. since they believed she was violating security procedures and laws? They did it to Paul Manafort.
Why was Mueller allowed to hire Democrat Party funders and supporters? The list of those with covert political activities keeps getting longer and the internal corruption of these FBI agents/DOJ attorneys is getting more apparent every day. Why weren’t they properly vetted by independence security specialists, not Mueller himself?
This is only the start of my questioning. I could do an Interrogatory for each of them that would end up reading like a book of criminal confessions if they answered.
Depositions would put them in jail.
It is what you ask and how you ask it that gets results (good, bad or indifferent), but if you don’t ask the right questions, all else is useless.
Example: As a journalist in SVietnam and Cambodia, I got a chance to ask senior No. Vietnamese and VC defectors some questions in a private meeting. What I got from them was stories about revolts in No. Vietnam that no one had ever heard about (i.e. political and economic dissension, with deaths), and other information that led to inquiries which revealed other internal revolts and drug-trafficking (heroin) into So. Vietnam.
Imagine my surprise when I called a friend (in intelligence) in Saigon about 8 months after I left) and learned what the CIA/Intell had found based on my questioning of the NVA/VC. All he could tell me was a few basic results (we were on a secure military line), but it was enough to know that I had asked “the right questions” that nobody has asked before.
The same applies to Muellers, Comey, Lynch, Holder and the Mueller political hacks on his investigating team, as well as to Hillary. There is no reason why she shouldn’t be subpoenaed and grilled before Congress for all to see and hear.
If you are going to play in the Major Leagues, you pitch to strike out the opponent and hit away to score runs, not get singles, walks, or runner’s choice.
What amazes me, is that Hillary was allowed to run for president after the email server story broke in the spring of 2015. And what is even more amazing, is that never Trumpers supported her knowing full well about her emails and pay to play while SOS. In a sane world, she would have been told to pack her bags and stay in New York.
Looks like Obama was president but the Clinton cronies and toadies ran the place.
They didn't have the time to look into the Russian intelligence reports on the terrorists because they were busy investigating the sale of T shirts with unlicensed copies of the Patriots logo at a strip club near the stadium. Really.
Apparently, protecting the income of Bob Kraft, and watching for "evidence" at the strip club, was more important than stopping a terror attack.
