1. Jones’ ads started containing blatant lies that would be actionable if said about a private citizen. They moved from innuendo to direct statements of “fact”.

2. His campaign mailed a race baiting flier that was so nasty it blew up in his face among African-Americans and white voters.

3. He publicly stated Roy Moore should be in prison.
