Thanks! I appreciate the time you took to help inform me, and I will look at the book on Amazon, though I usually get most books and DVDs on eBay. My income is fixed and I’m in the hole before the month even starts, and if I can find a book on eBay for less than anyone, which often includes free shipping, it’s where I get them.
