"Seems way out of Character" when discussing members of Congress?! Actually, sounds all too normal and not party-specific. I'm always bothered that the conservatives, real or RINO, get tripped up on their sometimes holier-than-thou piousness. Franks fits right in, maybe tame when you consider the likes of Hastert, Craig, Gingrich, Helms, and so many, hard to keep track of them all.

He’s resigning so that’s “his side of it” from my point of view. Resigning is the right call and I hope he gets replaced with a better man.
