“She never said that he wrote that,”

I don’t think she understands the law. It was a blatant attempt to deceive.

Allred has figured out this scheme is actionable.

Obviously, a court of law is different than the court of public opinion, which is what they are going for here, but, adding things (for the sole purpose of deceiving) exposes her motives. Her story, in my opinion, can be summarily discarded.

And she never said he didn’t write that.

It was presented as the entire thing was written by Roy Moore, which it wasn’t.

She step and fetched when asked about the yearbook being given to someone for analysis so what did Whoria know and when did she know it.

Yeah the words "Conspiracy to Defraud" come to mind when I read "part of the signature was forged"
