Add another 5-10% for unsettled cases, and another 10% for women/men who never brought complaints but were harassed and or where there was other unreported corruption.
We’re talking 40% of Congress and God knows how much of the Senate is STILL not out in the open.
Moore is safe. Trump is safe. Congress? Not so much.

And, regrettably, the “leadership” from both parties is NOT saying anything, is NOT releasing the list of men and women (?) who paid out taxpayer money to their victims, is NOT admitting even that the coverup fund for these lawbreakers (er, lawyers and law-makers) exists.
True, I DO expect the democrat-liberal socialists to behave that way. It IS part of their elite culture. I DO expect the democrta’s ABCNNBCBS press corpse to coverup the list.
But I expect better from the repubbies who came in with Gingrich, and those who came in later with the Tea Party in 2010-12-14-16.
